How can I share a printer between multiple computers?




Customers who have several computer systems in their house or workplace may wish to discuss a printing device with the other computer systems to help preserve on price and for comfort. Below are some of the methods you can discuss a printing device on a system for different configurations.
Before establishing up the printing device to be distributed on a system, you must choose what installation you strategy on doing. Below are the different configurations and their benefits and drawbacks.

PROCEDURE TO CONNECT PRINTER:
Step One:

Open the Printers control panel.
Select Start - Settings - Printers and Faxes.

Step Two:
Select Add a printer from the left Printer Tasks window.

Step Three:
Select Next at the Add Printer Wizard window.


 Step Four:
Select A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer.

Step Five:
You can choose to select that printer as the default printer.

Step Six:
The printer will be connected to your laptop. It is accessible anytime you are on the network.
